Scott E. Townsley has
more than 20 years experience in the long term care field. Prior to
joining Third Age, Mr. Townsley held management positions with
PresbyHomes & Services where he served as that organization's
in-house counsel and had responsibility for the human resource
functions and community based service planning for this multi-facility
corporation. Mr. Townsley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business Administration from Drexel University and a Juris Doctorate
from Villanova University. He has been a licensed Nursing Home
Administrator and is admitted to practice as an attorney by the
Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has served as a
member of the Board of Directors of a Philadelphia area retirement
community and a multi-facility provider and has authored several
articles on strategic planning and the regulation of continuing care
retirement communities.
At Third Age, Mr.
Townsley has directed numerous client assignments involving strategic
planning, market analysis, project development, corporate
restructuring and executive search.
