Robert H. Morrow has nearly 30 years of experience in the development and operation of continuing care and long term care facilities and services. Most recently, Mr. Morrow served as the Executive Vice President, Continuing Care, for Catholic Health East, overseeing the non-acute services of 19 regional health corporations in 11 states. In this role, he provided operational oversight, budget development and review, capital and strategic planning support to 45 skilled nursing facilities, 18 home care agencies, senior housing projects, PACE programs, hospice, assisted living and rehab programs as well as CCRCs. Adept at performing operational audits and performance reviews, he has special expertise in performing due diligence evaluations for acquisitions and has worked with facilities in restructuring, divesting or developing closure plans.
From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Morrow served as President and CEO of PresbyHomes and Services, which operated and managed 19 facilities throughout the Delaware Valley in Pennsylvania. He also served as a Commissioner for the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission from 1997 to 2005.
He holds a BA from Penn State University, a Masters Degree in Health Services Administration from Gannon University and has held a Nursing Home Administrator’s license since 1977. He received the Distinguished Service Award from the Pennsylvania Association of Non-profit Homes (PANPHA) in 1987 and the Distinguished Alumni Award from Gannon University in 1991.
