Consumer Surveys (Telephone or Mail)
In order to further evaluate the market demand for a proposed project, Third Age will prepare and conduct a telephone or direct mail survey of the potential consumer market of age and income stratified households that are located within the primary service area.
 
Focus Groups
To test the marketability of important components of a project including location, sponsorship, amenities, services and price, Third Age will organize and conduct focus group sessions with prospective residents.
