Management |
| Third Age will
recruit, train and supervise the sales staff for your facility or work with internal staff
to accomplish this task. Third Age will also provide consultation on the location,
design, layout, decor and furnishing of the sales office, as well as signage, parking
arrangements, office equipment and software. In addition, we will develop, schedule
and place advertisements for the project and coordinate the implementation of scheduled
promotional activities. |

Materials |
| Third Age will
manage the design and development of collateral materials for your facility including
production of brochure(s), stationary, note cards, business cards, and prospect kit
folders. Our services include writing copy and supervision of all creative work and
production. |

| Identity/Logo
Development |
| Third Age will
direct the name and logo development process to assist your facility in creating a
suitable identity for your new facility or project. As part of this process, we will
conduct appropriate area research to discover names that might have historical or local
reference. Several different logo concepts will be developed, along with
recommendations for ink colors and placement. |
