Non-Acute Care Planning: Assisted large acute care health system to develop and implement a non-acute, long term care strategic plan involving approximately 6,000 subacute, nursing, assisted living and adult day care beds and slots.
 
Acquisition: Negotiated acquisition of CCRC at 50% of outstanding debt; subsequently assisted client to achieve full occupancy and expand facility to more than double its size.
 
Marketing: Developed and managed marketing programs to successfully fill ("sold out" upon opening) retirement communities.
 
Bankruptcy: Developed financial plans for reorganization for facilities that are now filled and profitable.
