Judith Williams has a broad range of experience in both the healthcare and retirement living fields and has worked with businesses in both the non-profit and for profit sectors. She brings knowledge and hands-on experience in finance, operations, marketing and strategic planning.
Ms. Williams served as Executive Director of Pilgrim Gardens, a CCRC in Philadelphia, while at the same time, provided management oversight to several affordable housing projects owned by the parent organization Wesley Enhanced Living. Prior to this she was a principal in a Medicare certified home health company serving Philadelphia and the surrounding suburban region. The agency was selected to work with several county Area Agencies on Aging to tailor and implement the first waiver program in Pennsylvania. Revenues in the company exceeded $10 million at the time of its acquisition by a major third party insurance company. Ms. Williams also has been a consultant to hospitals, physicians and medical schools, assisting them in practice management, development and financing and to home care agencies, assisting them in operations management, service expansion and marketing.
Ms. Williams holds a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University. Her focus for Third Age will be in the area of home care and hospice development, operations management, staff training, recruitment and marketing.
