JEFFREY S. DIELMAN
DIRECTOR

 

Jeffrey S. Dielman has over 20 years of diverse management consulting experience in the healthcare and long term care industries. Prior to joining Third Age, Mr. Dielman was a Principal with Chi Systems, Inc., a national healthcare consulting firm. In this capacity, he conducted numerous strategic planning and program development assignments for a variety of hospital and hospital system clients. Many of these engagements also involved development of strategies for managed care contracting, and assistance with the implementation of capitated and other at-risk contracting arrangements.

Representative of his diverse background, Mr. Dielman was the project manager for a $20.4 million community housing development project, and later served as Director of Outcomes Measurement for the National Psychiatric Alliance. In this capacity, he was responsible for the design and implementation of national multi-facility outcomes study, and also assisted with the development of a series of critical pathways. Utilizing his special expertise in behavioral health services, he also designed a cost-effective program to deliver gero-psychiatric services in long-term care facilities.

Mr. Dielman holds a Masters degree in Program Evaluation and Applied Social Research from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. Since joining Third Age, he has directed numerous client assignments involving market analysis, strategic planning, and program feasibility and development. A particular expertise has been established in the preparation of market assessments for tax credit/affordable housing projects. Mr. Dielman currently serves as Director of Market Research Activities at Third Age.
