Third Age will undertake a comprehensive, multi-step process to conduct an employment search for key staff positions for your facility.  This process includes the following components.
 
Position Analysis
Based on geographic standards, Third Age will recommend an appropriate salary range, review the fringe benefits package and make other recommendations that will enhance the attractiveness of the position to potential candidates.
 
Qualifications Criteria
Third Age will work with the Board or CEO to review and revise (if necessary) the position description and to establish the basic qualifications criteria that will be utilized throughout the search process to screen and rank potential candidates.
  
Identify Suitable Candidates
Third Age then utilizes a variety of methods to "source" appropriate candidates including the Third Age resume data base, its extensive personal contact network, and targeted industry advertising.
  
Screening and Interviewing
Potential candidates will be screened according to the qualifications criteria and thorough reference checks conducted.   Qualified candidates will be further evaluated through a personal interview process.
  
Finalist Profiles
A Finalist Profile will be prepared for the two or three "top candidates" including a summary of qualifications, candidate expectations for the position and Third Age's critical evaluation.  Third Age will undertake the final employment reference check, licensure confirmation and education verification and participate in the employment offer process as needed.
