Readiness Assessment |
Third
Age will conduct an on-site review to determine the current status your organization's
readiness for CCAC or JCAHO Accreditation. A detailed report will be prepared that
will identify all areas of non-compliance with the required standards and/or areas of
necessary new development. An estimate of the work required to obtain CCAC or JCAHO
Accreditation in each sub-area will be provided, including a detailed listing of required
activities, critical time line and a summary of estimated staff resources and facility
costs. |

assistance will be provided to your organization to achieve CCAC or JCAHO Accreditation in
a timely and efficient manner, including preparation of a critical time line and
action plan, assistance with staff / facility organization, facilitation of preparation
activities, monitoring of progress and final accreditation review. |
